We love Chef Anthony Cerrato of Strada Italiano and his true creative culinary genius. Every dish is prepared with the utmost care and centered around a specific theme. This year? Anthony is bringing autumnal, native flavors to the table.
**A special message from Chef Anthony Cerrito:**
Dear WNCAP supporters,
It is my pleasure to serve as chef and dinner sponsor for the WNCAP Raise Your Hand Auction for a third consecutive year. Your donations and attendance at this event raises funds and awareness for an organization that does such important work throughout our communities, which is why I am happy to participate.
The colors and feel of this year’s signature piece (Red is Feeling Brave, by Linda Gritta) made me think of the fall harvest, indigenous cultures, and native flavors. So that became my inspiration for tonight’s dinner. I wanted to fuse culturally historic flavors with new ones using ingredients such as pumpkin, corn, local mountain trout, bison, and so much more. I am excited for you all to enjoy what will be a truly unique meal.
As I often say, “Life is short,” so let’s celebrate it through charity with food and each other.
( A Thousand Thanks )
